Does Larpy reject candidates?: No. Larpy never auto-rejects anyone. It interviews, scores and ranks every applicant, and shows you the answer behind each score. A person on your team decides who moves forward.
Can candidates just use AI?: Yes, and we assume they will, because they will on the job. Every prompt and every accepted suggestion comes back to you with the work. Then they defend it out loud, with questions built from their own submission.
What stops someone having a friend take it?: The follow-up interview. After they hand in the take-home, Larpy interviews them live about what they submitted. A friend can do the work for them, but cannot sit that interview for them.
Is this legal where we hire?: It is built for Illinois AIVIA, NYC Local Law 144, the EU AI Act and Quebec Law 25. Every candidate is told what is happening before anything starts, consent is timestamped, and they can have their recording destroyed.
Does it work with my ATS?: Yes. An interview is a link, so anything that can send a candidate a link already works. You can also import a job straight from its posting link.
What do candidates see?: Your role and your company, not our branding. They are told it is an AI interviewer and that a human decides, and they get a short note on what went well. Never a score, never your notes.
